One-V is a boutique web development company focused on WordPress builds and ongoing site support. We work shoulder-to-shoulder with startups and large enterprises as a long-term partner, picking up projects from lightweight corporate pages to interactive VR portals.

We’re expanding and hiring a Technical Project Manager. Proven PM experience delivering web projects is required; a hands-on WordPress background as a former WordPress developer is a strong plus.

At One-V, we’re looking to build a long-term partnership with a professional who shares our values of trust and mutual loyalty. With a team of fewer than 25, we care deeply about thoughtful and enjoyable everyday communication.

Who we are looking for

  • A self-sufficient, structured Project Manager with a strong sense of ownership
  • Capable of managing full web development projects:
    • Facilitate client communication
    • Capture project requirements (involving devs when needed)
    • Define scope and create project estimates
    • Align stakeholder expectations
    • Break down tasks into actionable deliverables
    • Manage development with the dev team
    • Maintain transparent progress tracking
    • Control project scope
    • Manage risks and dependencies
    • Oversee website QA and deployment
    • Maintain structured project reporting
    • Gather and analyze client feedback
  • Capable to manage ongoing support:
    • Track incoming tickets
    • Assign resources
    • Ensure timely ticket resolution
    • Escalate to a development project if needed
  • Strong in structured planning, tracking, reporting and documentation
  • Customer-facing, focused on making customers happy

Requirements

  • A technically minded PM with former web development background:
    • Option 1: 3+ years as a Project Manager in a web agency/studio, managing web development projects.
    • Option 2: 1+ years as a Project Manager with a strong technical background, e.g. 3+ years of prior hands-on web development (frontend, backend, QA, or support engineering).
  • Customer-facing PM experience
  • Advanced English (B2+ is a must)

  • Remote work Monday-Friday 10:00 - 19:00 GMT+2
